Delete your account

How to request deletion

There is no self-service delete button, because your account was not created by you — your employer issued it. Send us a request and we will act on it.

Email a deletion request

Or write to apps.nuxtechnology@gmail.com with your full name, the email address on the account, and the valet company you work for. We will confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in credentials, your name, your email address, your employee identifier, your biometric sign-in preference, and your push notification token. Your account is closed and you can no longer sign in.

What we cannot delete on request, and why

⚠️ Records of vehicles you handled — tickets, timings, and condition photographs — are your employer’s business records, not yours. A valet company may need them to answer a guest’s damage claim or an insurer’s question about a car in their custody. We cannot erase them at the request of one employee.

These records delete themselves on a schedule regardless: photographs and condition videos after 48 hours, and ticket records after 90 days. After that, only anonymous counts and averages remain, with no name, plate or ticket number attached.

If you want those records removed sooner, ask your employer — they control them, and we will act on their instruction.

If you still work there

Deleting your account removes your access to the app. If you are still employed as a valet driver, speak to your manager first — they will need to issue you a new account to keep working.
